Important Pricing Information
Our prices are for reference only and do not constitute a formal offer.
Prices do not include material costs — these are based on current market rates.
We only work with our own selected materials, for which we offer full guarantees.
Labor costs may vary depending on the complexity and size of the project.
An on-site assessment is required for an accurate and final quote.
All prices listed are gross prices and exempt from VAT (subject to simplified taxation).
Our rates are valid from May 1, 2025.
Work begins only after the site survey, formal quote, and contract acceptance.
For large-scale projects, a deposit is required.
*Drywall Jointing – Q1 LEVEL
Basic jointing: filling the gaps between drywall boards with joint compound, embedding tape for reinforcement, and applying a smooth finishing layer over the tape.
*Drywall Jointing – Q2 LEVEL
Q1 level + an additional wider coat of compound over the joints for a smoother transition.
*Drywall Jointing – Q3 LEVEL
Q2 level + even wider joint coverage, although not yet a full-surface finish.
*Drywall Jointing – Q4 LEVEL
Q3 level + full-surface skim coat for the most flawless and visually perfect result.
*Mold Treatment with Anti-Fungal Solution (for 20 cm stains)
Cleaning the surface with anti-fungal solution alone does not offer long-term results, nor does it solve the issue aesthetically.
For proper mold removal, wall scraping is essential to eliminate spores, followed by correct pre-treatment.
*Painting with Special Decorative Paints & Textured Finish (material cost included)
Decorative coatings are only applied to properly prepared surfaces.
We do not apply decorative materials on damaged or severely flawed wall surfaces.
